The research proposes an innovative methodology that combines Lean philosophy with Fuzzy logic, allowing for a more precise and flexible assessment of production processes. The study was developed in five main stages, including a literature review, the creation of the Fuzzy model using Matlab, and a case study detailing the model's application.
