This article discusses the reverse logistics and environmental management process applied to the tire repair through qualitative methods that relate the level of convergence of the two actions. Considering the steps of implementation of the environmental management system evaluated to the procedures of reverse logistics in order to build an efficiency indicator, based on the regulatory measures that must be apply by any company. The case study used was a Company established at industrial Complex in Manaus (PIM). SWOT (S – strengths; W – weaknesses; O – opportunities; T – threats) method was used to indentify the most threat potential development. The outcomes of this step were analyzed according to the convergence/divergence between the phases and components of reverse logistics and the system components of ISO 14001 (PDCA cycle). As response, the company analyzed showed a low efficiency in the integration between the reverse logistics and the environmental management process.
