Therefore, this study aimed to propose strategies to find good practices for these actions, with the main objective of presenting a model for the supplier selection process based on fuzzy logic to improve activities. The model was developed in Matlab® software, using the Fuzzy Logic Toolbox environment, and considered social and economic criteria for the selection of suppliers of an electronic product in a foundation supporting Research, Extension, and R&D projects.
