The study seeks to minimize costs and maximize logistics efficiency, considering operational constraints and the demand for parts. The methodology employed involves the formulation of mathematical models based on Linear Programming to determine the ideal quantity of parts to be kept in stock, ensuring the necessary availability without excesses that could financially impact the organization. The case study presents a practical application of the proposed modeling in an airline company, demonstrating the benefits of the approach. The results indicate that the use of Linear Programming can lead to a significant reduction in operating costs, improving inventory planning and management.
