Facial recognition technology has stood out in the health area, providing benefits such as agility in identifying patients in emergency situations and the automatic generation of electronic medical records, which assist health professionals in providing more effective and personalized treatments. The article addresses the technical concepts and challenges related to the privacy and security of patient data.
