In this article, we sought to propose production scenarios through simulation that aims to eliminate the presence of non-compliant products due to the use of NC215 flux in the wave soldering process and increase the production capacity for the production of remote controls in a company located in the Industrial Pole of Manaus/AM, to identify the best scenario proposed from the use of computational simulation with FlexSim software. Data referring to the current production process were collected. The constructed computational model was successfully verified and validated against real process data.
