The study details the current logistic situation in the CMA, explains the strategic planning for implementing the new structure, and defines the minimum requirements necessary for its evolution. The methodology includes the use of quality tools such as Scatter Chart, Ishikawa Diagram, and Pareto Chart to identify factors contributing to logistic failures.
