This study demonstrates how the application of Six Sigma can assist in reducing operational costs by minimizing can losses in the production process through cause analysis and the implementation of action plans in an aluminum can soft drink production line. The DMAIC methodology (Define, Measure, Analyze, Implement, and Control) was used, along with statistical tools such as VOC (Voice of the Customer), Ishikawa Diagram, and SIPOC.
