The housing deficit and inadequate living conditions of low-income populations are problems exacerbated by unplanned population growth and lack of urban infrastructure, impacting quality of life. The research developed a model based on game theory to optimize construction processes, allowing the definition of cooperative and non-cooperative strategies among the agents involved. The methodology used was descriptive research with a quantitative approach, applying game models for simulation and decision-making analysis in the civil construction sector. The results proved that the application of game theory helps reduce the construction time of popular housing by encouraging cooperation among stakeholders, making the process more efficient and reducing waste.
