The entire logistics process is a decisive factor in business activity, and purchasing management must be aligned with the company's strategic objectives, acting in an integrated manner with other departments. This study proposes a methodological model for applying a compliance program and information security within companies to ensure transparency, ethics, and regulatory compliance. The research utilized tools such as SWOT analysis, 5W2H, and the PDCA action plan to map communication failures and suggest corrective actions.
