Sistema de inferência fuzzy para análise dos requisitos técnicos dos taxímetros. Revista de Gestão e Secretariado – GeSec, São José dos Pinhais, PR, v. 15, n. 10, p. 01-30, 2024. DOI: http://doi.org/10.7769/gesec.v15i10.4273.https://rigalileo.itegam.org.br/handle/123456789/283This article addresses the application of fuzzy inference systems in the analysis of the technical requirements of taximeters, according to Ordinance No. 124 of March 24, 2022, established by INMETRO. The objective is to enhance the accuracy and reliability of the inspections of these instruments, which are essential for public transportation. The methodology involves identifying the main compliance indicators and modeling a fuzzy inference system using Matlab R2013a software. The fuzzy model was developed to evaluate four main variables: the proper positioning of the taximeter in the vehicle (PATV), the functioning of operational devices (FDO), the state of conservation of the display (ECM), and the conditions of mandatory inscriptions (CIO). Through the definition of rules and simulations, it was possible to obtain precise results capable of handling data uncertainty. The results demonstrated that the fuzzy approach is effective in identifying conformities and non-conformities of taximeters, providing reliable support for the inspection activities of IPEM-AM. The implementation of this model significantly contributes to the safety and transparency of taximeters, promoting user confidence and system integrity.pdf.Inferência FuzzyTaxímetrosINMETRORequisitos TécnicosFiscalizaçãoSistema de inferência fuzzy para análise dos requisitos técnicos dos taxímetrosArtigoEngenharia de Produção
