The study emphasizes the importance of Quality Tools in identifying and solving failures in production processes. The methodology used is based on a structured approach to problem analysis, following the MASP steps: problem identification, observation, analysis, action plan, execution, verification and standardization. The results demonstrate that the implementation of MASP allowed the identification of the main causes of the problems, enabling significant improvements in production efficiency and the quality of the final products. In addition, the study highlights the importance of employee involvement and the use of quantitative data to support decision-making.
