The main objective was to develop a Fuzzy inference model to evaluate the most viable modal for this integration. The methodology was divided into three phases: identification of modal evaluation indicators, modeling of the Fuzzy inference system, and experimentation with the proposed model using MatlabR2013 software. The results indicated that the model was effective in analyzing the performance of the modals, allowing the identification of the most relevant variables for choosing the best logistics modal.
