In the health operator sector, IT governance emerges as an ally to achieve a more controlled and sustainable environment. This study analyzes the maturity of IT governance and the capacity to implement the COBIT 5 framework in health operators of the Unimed system in the northern region of Brazil. Using a measurement framework based on the ISO/IEC 15504 standard, the capacity levels of COBIT 5 processes were evaluated.
