This paper aims to analyze the current maintenance situation at the studied company, identifying technical actions with immediate results and implementing Autonomous Maintenance (AM) to improve the performance of a white line production process at the Manaus Industrial Pole. Data were obtained from the company from December 2015 to July 2016, related to stops identified by a leak detector. The applied methods are qualitative and quantitative, with information collected through questionnaires, document analysis, and problem reports.
