Sérgio Alfredo Pessoa Figueiredo in Manaus. It gathered theoretical-practical-methodological data on the Science teaching-learning process, analyzing interdisciplinarity as a teaching practice, detailing environmental management, education policies, and educational actions contributing to environmental awareness. A qualitative-quantitative case study approach was adopted, including questionnaires applied to 181 students, 13 teachers, and the school principal. Results indicate that 52.5% of students are interested in environmental issues, but 44.2% never visited the Museum of the Amazon.
