The research focused on replacing cardboard boxes with reusable plastic boxes for the transport of pre-mastered media between manufacturing and finishing areas. The results showed significant improvements in productivity, cost reduction, and sustainable actions. The project was implemented in six months, with the elimination of the shipping process and the reduction of waste.
