With globalization and technological advancement, competitiveness among companies has increased, making effective people management and their motivation essential. The study analyzes the determinants that influence motivation in the productive work of employees in companies. For this, a descriptive research with a mixed approach was carried out, using questionnaires with students from Administration, Quality Management, and Logistics courses.
