Besides creating jobs, also analyzes the impacts determinants of demands from the sale of 5,225 lots of the project and its structuring with the construction of new housing and social demands arising from these as: sewage treatment plant, water supply, construction of schools, hospitals and health centers, investment in infrastructure (access, paving of roads, electricity, communication and others). The methodology includes study on the project location and its strategic position, company history, and their respective markets and the methods used.
