The research employs a mixed approach, integrating qualitative and quantitative methods, with case studies and field research applied to the Manaus Industrial Hub (PIM). The results indicate that 75% of the analyzed companies have already implemented initiatives aligned with Society 5.0, with an emphasis on Production/Operations and Information Technology. However, barriers such as a lack of professional qualification, organizational resistance, and high costs limit the full potential of emerging technologies. On the other hand, benefits such as cost reduction, enhanced connectivity, and increased customer satisfaction are evident. The article proposes an integrative model that combines technological adoption with training strategies, tax incentives, and partnerships between companies and academic institutions.
