The aim was to propose a set of procedures to operationalize the production of these pumps and allow a planned assembly, without rework or additional adjustments to the production line that is through lean production. These procedures were developed with the support of the value innovation model, which enabled the introduction of new products in a systemic way, with emphasis on quality. Following this line, the work focuses on the development of suppliers, having priority in those located in the Industrial Pole of Manaus.
