It thus explains that the continuous improvement of products and processes within enterprises is essential, so it is possible to remain on the market, with a view to competitiveness in a globalized market today. For these improvements to occur, it requires the use of some methods and tools, which are logic-sequence for achieving the desired goals. The study brings in its contribution the convenience and simplicity of quality management tools and the PDCA cycle (Planning, Implementation, Verification and Action / Practice), an English acronym, who for various reasons are used in the various organizational levels of business same business segment in question.
