Logistics played a crucial role in maintaining supply chain balance, despite facing challenges such as raw material shortages and high international freight costs. This case study analyzes the supply chain of an electronics industry in the Industrial Hub of Manaus, comparing the scenarios before and during the pandemic. Strategic tools such as SWOT analysis, Ishikawa diagram, and GUT matrix were used to map risks and propose mitigating actions. The results indicate that, despite the difficulties, the implementation of a crisis committee and efficient logistics management allowed business continuity and enhanced the maturity of the supply chain management process.PDF.Cadeia de SuprimentosLogísticaPandemiaIndústria EletrônicaGestão de RiscosThe Impact of Pandemic in Supply Chain Management in an Electronic IndustryArtigoEngenharias - Engenharia de Produção
