This study aims to evaluate the prevention and control practices of Hospital Infection (IH) of CVC-related bloodstream, using procedural indicators between 2017 and 2018. The research, of a descriptive nature and quantitative approach, analyzed in-hospital data through a compliance and non-compliance checklist, supported by ANVISA/2017 standards. The results showed compliance in indicators such as "Daily registration of the insertion site and indication of permanence" (92.02%; 93.83%) and "Hand hygiene before and after catheter manipulation" (97.15%; 87.50%). The monthly compliance analysis of hand hygiene in 2018 revealed points outside statistical control, highlighting the need for continuous monitoring to detect deviations and assist in decision-making about preventive practices during CVC maintenance.pdf.Infecção HospitalarCateter Venoso CentralPrevenção de InfecçãoControle Estatístico de ProcessoSegurança do PacienteAvaliação dos Processos de Prevenção de Infecção Hospitalar de Corrente Sanguínea Associada a Cateter Venoso CentralDissertaçãoEngenharias
