The study counted on content analysis and direct observation techniques, the use of semi-structured questionnaire. The results of the research were analyzed using the cadastre of residents benefiting from the program as a data source. In order to meet the quantitative approach of this study, we chose to work with a sample of fifty (50) residents of both sexes and in the age group of eighteen (18) to sixty (60) years in a randomized stratified sample with survey and study of opinion, analyzing bibliography and previous studies of the place of residence, its physical conditions and facilities, directly affected by the informal settlements.
