The motivation arose from the need to improve access, organization and security of patient data, replacing manual and decentralized methods with an efficient digital solution. The work was structured based on applied research and the use of the agile Scrum methodology in the development of the software. The proposed system allows for patient registration, recording of appointments, prescription of treatments, monitoring of clinical progress and issuing of reports, all in a user-friendly and intuitive interface. The author highlights the use of modern technologies and good development practices, prioritizing usability, information security and compliance with LGPD guidelines. The system was validated through tests with professionals in the field, who indicated gains in agility and quality of care.
