This study aimed to identify and diagnose hydro-sanitary pathological manifestations in vertical residential buildings and propose therapeutic solutions. Interviews were conducted with maintenance managers of nine buildings in the central-south zone of Manaus (AM), followed by technical visits. The findings highlighted common pathologies such as bad odors, water shortages, clogged pipes, noise, and foam return.
