The study was conducted at the Leônidas and Maria Deane Institute (ILMD), using the ZABBIX tool for network asset management and monitoring. The research verified users' perception regarding the software's quality attributes, such as functionality, reliability, usability, performance, compatibility, security, maintainability, and adaptability.
