An example is in physical education and science classes, where the physical education teacher deals with bodily practices of movement, and in science teaching, through games, movement practice can be encouraged. The aim of this study was to value interdisciplinarity in Physical Education classes through games and play as a tool in the science teaching-learning process. The study was conducted through the application of practical activities on the topics of the cardiovascular, muscular, and locomotor systems, carried out with the aid of games, applied to 306 students, of both genders, aged 10 to 17 years.
