The study was conducted at the São Roque Water Collection Network in Itajaí, Santa Catarina, aiming to evaluate the technical-operational efficiency of ozone use compared to traditional technologies in the sanitation sector. The research, of mixed and experimental nature, combined bibliographical analysis, laboratory experimentation, and a case study.
