This work proposes actions of environmental education in the 9th year of elementary school in a public school in the municipality of Tabatinga-Amazonas, as a process of social transformation. Action Research was used, with a qualitative method, and data collection instruments were semi-structured interviews and questionnaires applied to teachers and students.
