This study proposes the use of Value Stream Mapping (VSM) combined with Fuzzy Logic to identify and eliminate waste in the production of printed circuit boards at a company in the Manaus Industrial Pole (PIM). VSM allowed mapping the current state of the process, identifying bottlenecks, and designing a future state with improvements.
