However, many organizations face challenges in assessing both the economic-financial feasibility and the organizational maturity level required for adopting these technologies in an integrated and simplified manner. This dissertation proposes a model that combines Return on Investment (ROI) analysis with the TOE (Technology, Organization, and Environment) framework, providing a holistic view of the feasibility of transitioning to Industry 4.0. The model was applied to an electronics manufacturing company in the Manaus Industrial Hub, which had already started its technological migration but without using structured evaluation methods. Results showed highly positive financial returns and adequate organizational maturity, confirming the feasibility of implementation.
