The simulator considers nucleation, growth, breakdown, agglomeration, solubility, and crystallization in precipitators. The model was used to solve a significant problem in the process variable (mass concentration in the precipitation production chain) due to its large variations and losses, thus predicting production behavior throughout the circuit to its final stage.
