The research analyzes historical and recent pandemics, such as Covid-19, highlighting how human invasion into natural ecosystems and habitat destruction can lead to the emergence of diseases transmitted from animals to humans. The work uses a literature review of scientific articles published in high-reliability journals, aiming to understand the phenomenon of pandemics and propose solutions to prevent them.
