    This work proposes a mixed integer linear programming (MILP) mathematical model for production scheduling in fruit pulp processing using GAMS software. The goal is to minimize total processing time and production costs, such as transportation and overtime, by optimizing the sequence of four tasks across three processors. The model implementation showed significant reductions in operational costs, enhancing production efficiency.
