Item MERCÚRIO EM POPULAÇÃO RIBEIRINHA DO MUNICÍPIO DE BENJAMIN CONSTANT, REGIÃO DE FRONTEIRA, AMAZONAS, BRASIL(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2017) CASTRO, Simone Pinto de; LIMA, Marcelo de OliveiraThe study assessed mercury exposure in a riverside community in the Amazon, analyzing fish and hair tissue. The results show that, although mercury concentrations in fish are within the limits established by the WHO and ANVISA, levels in humans indicate exposure above the reference values.
