Simulation methods for evaluating the mechanical behavior of products subjected to static and dynamic loads are extremely necessary to reduce manufacturing costs. The system converts voltage variations into deformations, displaying the data on an LCD and computer via RS232 serial communication. Simulations were performed in Proteus software, codes were developed in C, and a Delphi program was created for data visualization. The aim was to evaluate the behavior of prostheses under static and dynamic loading, contributing to the validation of their mechanical properties.
