The research was conducted at Inova da Amazônia S/A, located in Manaus, and demonstrates the environmental, economic, and social benefits of using eco-friendly tiles made from recycled PET. Using a qualitative-quantitative approach and case study, the research demonstrates product quality improvements through chemical formulation changes, emphasizing sustainability and the interaction between companies and innovation support institutions. The results highlight the technical and environmental feasibility of PET recycling for tile production, contributing to waste reduction and promoting sustainable practices.
