    Proposta de Análise de Demanda Antecipada para a Fixação do Plano de Produção de Televisor em uma Indústria do Polo Industrial de Manaus

    Production Planning, Scheduling, and Control (PPCP) is one of the most important processes for transforming strategic planning into operational actions. This study proposes the anticipated demand analysis for setting the television production plan in an industry within the Manaus Industrial Pole. The research examines how early material analysis affects planning cycle indicators, material availability, and production efficiency. The proposed method led to a 10% reduction in the planning cycle, contributing to a more efficient and strategic production process.
