Issues such as excessive machine downtime, high scrap rates, and inefficient planning were identified. The methodology included documentary research and direct observation, leading to a 12.5% reduction in downtime, 100% order fulfillment, and a 22.7% decrease in scrap. The conclusion highlights PCP as crucial for the competitiveness of small businesses, despite financial constraints.
