Item APLICAÇÃO DE FERRAMENTAS DO LEAN MANUFACTURING EM UM PROCESSO DE SMT: ESTUDO DE CASO(Instituto de Tecnologia, 2015) UHLMANN, Iracyanne Retto; LEITE, Jandecy Cabral; SOUZA, José Antonio da SilvaMany organizations have looked for increasing their competitiveness by reducing costs. One of the most used strategies nowadays to reduce waste in production processes and consequently increase added value is the Lean Production System (LPS) application, also known as lean manufacturing. The objective of this study is to show the benefits of some lean tools applications in a Surface Mount Technology (SMT) process in an electro-electronic industry at Manaus Industrial Pole (PIM). The case study methodology was used, oriented by the Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control (DMAIC) tool. After performing the lean events, the main result was achieved: an increase in the lean maturity index in the process, from 25.20% (stone phase) to 81.80% (gold phase).Item Digital technologies review for manufacturing processes(Instituto de Tecnologia e Educação Galileo da Amazônia, 2021-03-31) PARENTE, Ricardo Silva; UHLMANN, Iracyanne RettoIt is apparent the industrial processes transformations caused by industry 4.0 are in advance in some countries like China, Japan, Germany and United States. But, in return, the developing countries, as the emergent Brazil, seem like to have a long way to achieve digital era. Considering manufacturing processes as the starting point the rise of industry 4.0, this research aims to show a review about the most important technologies used in smart manufacturing, including the main challenges to implement it at Brazil. The papers were collected from Web of Science (WoS), comprising 114 articles and 2 books to underpin this study. This exploratory research resulted in the presentation of some challenges faced by Brazilian industry to join the new industrial era, such as poor technological infrastructure, besides lack of investment in technologies and training of qualified people. Even though the primary motivation of this research was to present a panorama of smart manufacturing for Brazil, this study results contributes to the most of emergent countries, bringing together general concepts and addressing practical applications developed by several researchers from the international academic community.Item Modelo de otimização de roteirização de veículos baseado em georreferenciamento e algoritmo genético(Instituto de Tecnologia e Educação Galileo da Amazônia, 2022-08-15) BATISTA, Roberto Lopes; UHLMANN, Iracyanne Retto; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3663501102156953COVID-19 Accelerated by e-commerce in the logistics sector has been driven by the rapid collection pandemic, however, the infrastructure accompanied by customer service and meeting deadlines do not have the same speed as payment for delivery of payments, late payments and deliveries from clients. The successive costs of the operation and the fierce competition on the part of industrial companies, especially when dealing with the service to the business sector. Process is executed based on the driver's experience, which is experiences without the aid of technological resources. This study addresses the Vehicle Routing Problem (VRP) as one of the most objective in the logistics sector, with the main purpose of proposing a delivery delivery of routes for collection and/or contracts for products contracted in contracts between courier companies and large companies. Thus, a systematic review of the literature was presented, in which an analysis of the state of the art on the PRV and its variants was carried out through the ProK methodology, having identified that the animal used (GA) was the most tool in the planning and routing of vehicles. This perspective used a GA computational intelligence technique in conjunction with complex georeferencing coordinates to solve this industrial logistical problem, not which the exact location of the mapped points was determined. The scenarios were implemented in simulation systems and compared with data from a real operation, with a courier company. At the end of the research, the new route model of possible expected result, through an efficient method, the maximum capacity and the minimum distance by an optimized method for the execution of vehicles and, still, an efficient time, optimized for an optimal solution costs and improved the quality of the studied process.Item Modelo de otimização de roteirização de veículos baseado em georreferenciamento e algoritmo genético(Instituto de Tecnologia e Educação Galileo da Amazônia, 2024-05-01) BATISTA, Roberto Lopes; UHLMANN, Iracyanne RettoThis work presents a route optimization model for product collection and delivery using georeferencing and genetic algorithms, focusing on courier companies. The study was motivated by the increased demand for delivery services during the COVID-19 pandemic, highlighting the need for improvements in logistics efficiency. The research addresses the importance of optimizing resource use and reducing operational costs, especially in a scenario of growing reliance on e-commerce. Using techniques such as the vehicle routing problem and the traveling salesman problem, the proposed model aims to improve the operational capacity of companies, ensuring better vehicle utilization and route planning.
