Abstract
The manufacturing of electronic products has evolved over time, reaching Surface Mount Technology (SMT), essential for the miniaturization of electronic components. This paper presents a checklist for implementing SMT processes in the electronic board assembly sector, covering stages from Design for Manufacturing (DFM) to equipment programming.
