| dc.description.abstract | This study addresses environmental education applied to elementary education, focusing on the implementation of the 3R’s concept (Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle). The research analyzes children's perception of the environment and how education can shape critical and aware citizens. The study was conducted with first-year elementary students using interactive activities, digital games, workshops, and discussions. The results indicate that environmental education, when inserted in a didactic and playful manner, significantly contributes to the development of sustainable attitudes and the understanding of waste reduction importance. | |
| dc.description.resumo | O presente estudo aborda a educação ambiental aplicada ao ensino fundamental, com foco na implementação do conceito dos 3R’s (Reduzir, Reutilizar e Reciclar). O trabalho analisa a percepção das crianças sobre o meio ambiente e como a educação pode atuar na formação de cidadãos críticos e conscientes. O estudo foi conduzido com alunos do primeiro ano do ensino fundamental, utilizando atividades interativas, jogos digitais, oficinas e debates. Os resultados indicam que a educação ambiental, quando inserida de forma didática e lúdica, contribui significativamente para o desenvolvimento de atitudes sustentáveis e a compreensão da importância da redução do desperdício. | |
