Aplicação de tecnologia da Indústria 4.0 na melhoria dos processos de injeção plástica em uma empresa no Polo Industrial de Manaus

Abstract

This study investigates the application of Industry 4.0 in optimizing plastic injection processes in the Manaus Industrial Hub. The research focuses on implementing 3D printing to reduce manufacturing costs, improve lead time, and optimize new product development. The results indicate a reduction in manufacturing time from 240 to 6 hours and the elimination of bottlenecks in supplier dependency, providing greater production efficiency and cost reduction.
