Barreiras que limitam a implementação da logística reversa

Abstract

This paper analyzes the barriers that hinder the implementation of Reverse Logistics Systems in industries, covering economic, financial, organizational, technological, legal, and knowledge aspects. The results highlight the need to overcome challenges for reverse logistics to be strategically adopted, considering its economic and environmental benefits. The research included a literature review, questionnaires answered by experts, and the use of the DEMATEL method to assess the influence between the barrier categories.
