Abstract

In the current context of extreme competitiveness, companies should direct their efforts towards high service capacity at the lowest possible total cost. The entire logistics process is a decisive factor in business activity, and purchasing management must be aligned with the company's strategic objectives, acting in an integrated manner with other departments. This study proposes a methodological model for applying a compliance program and information security within companies to ensure transparency, ethics, and regulatory compliance. The research utilized tools such as SWOT analysis, 5W2H, and the PDCA action plan to map communication failures and suggest corrective actions. The results indicate that improvements in internal and external communication can enhance competitiveness and minimize operational risks.
