Barreiras à robotização no Polo Industrial de Manaus: uma análise exploratória utilizando Metodologia DEMATEL

Abstract

Industrial robotization represents a strategic challenge for the Manaus Industrial Hub (PIM), particularly in the electronic components sector. This study investigated the main barriers to implementing robots in production line supply through a systematic literature review, complemented by expert validation. The DEMATEL methodology was applied to establish the interrelationships between these barriers, identifying economic, technical, organizational, and human resource obstacles. The results highlighted that Technological Aspects represent the main challenges, followed by Flexibility and Adaptability Aspects and Financial and Economic Aspects. Overcoming these barriers requires an integrated approach that includes targeted investments, technological training, and strengthening an adaptable organizational culture.
