Item A aplicação da lógica fuzzy para avaliação do produto canote do garfo(Instituto de Tecnologia Galileo da Amazônia, 2010) SANTOS, Ruy Sidney Nascimento dos; COSTA JÚNIOR, Carlos Tavares da; COSTA JÚNIOR, Carlos Tavares daWith technological advancements, the engineering sector has been seeking solutions that offer positive results for the growth of their companies or organizations. Simulation methods for evaluating the mechanical behavior of products subjected to static and dynamic loads are extremely necessary to reduce manufacturing costs. The use of mechanical and virtual tests is of vital importance for product evaluation. This study aimed to apply fuzzy logic to a product called the bicycle fork steerer tube, analyzing both the degree of membership varying between 0 and 1 and the degree of truth also varying between 0 and 1, with the main focus on the behavior of the steerer tube and its validation.Item Estudo da Qualidade de Energia Elétrica com Distorções Harmônicas e o Fator de Potência através de um Sistema com Lógica Fuzzy(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2011) BRITO JÚNIOR, Jorge de Almeida; COSTA JÚNIOR, Carlos Tavares daThis research aims to present a study about a three-phase low voltage harmonic distortion and power factor system, through the application of fuzzy logic, reducing consequences such as losses in installations, voltage drops, under-utilized capacity, and optimizing the use of electricity, bringing benefits to both companies and electricity suppliers.Item Lógica fuzzy aplicada ao estudo da qualidade de energia elétrica em um sistema com distorções harmônicas através do fator de potência(INSTITUTO DE TECNOLOGIA, 2010) BRITO JÚNIOR, Jorge de Almeida; LEITE, Jandercy Cabral; COSTA JÚNIOR, Carlos Tavares da; TORRES, Maria Emília de Lima; MAGALHÃES, Edilson MarquesThis paper presents the study of a low-voltage three-phase system with harmonic distortion using fuzzy logic applied to the power factor. The objective is to reduce losses in the installation, voltage drops, and underutilized capacity, optimizing electricity usage and providing benefits to both the company and the utility.Item Metodologia de avaliação da qualidade do ruído no posto de trabalho baseada em lógica fuzzy(INSTITUTO DE TECNOLOGIA, 2010) NOGUEIRA, Maria Amélia Costa Saraiva; COSTA JÚNIOR, Carlos Tavares da; LEITE, Jandecy Cabral.; Prof. Dr. Rui Guilherme Cavaleiro de Macedo AlvesThis paper proposes a methodology based on fuzzy logic to evaluate noise quality in industrial workplaces, considering variables such as noise level and working hours. The model uses membership functions and fuzzy rules to classify the environment as "satisfactory" or "at risk." The application of the method in a metalworking industry demonstrated its effectiveness in identifying unhealthy conditions, contributing to the prevention of occupational health problems.Item Metodologia para Diagnosticar a Qualidade de Energia Elétrica Referente à Distorção Harmônica em Sistema Trifásico de Baixa Tensão Utilizando Lógica Fuzzy(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2010) GONÇALVES, Benevaldo Pereira; COSTA JÚNIOR, Carlos Tavares daThis work emphasizes the importance of monitoring and diagnosing the quality of electric power from the viewpoint of harmonic distortion present in the electrical installation in low voltage three-phase system using a methodology to analyze and diagnose the level of harmonic disturbances evaluating the overall indicator of distortion Harmonic (THD), supported by an expert system based on a Fuzzy inference system.Item Metodologia para Diagnosticar a Qualidade de Energia Elétrica Referente à Distorção Harmônica em Sistema Trifásico de Baixa Tensão Utilizando Lógica Fuzzy(Universidade Federal do Pará, 2010) GONÇALVES, Benevaldo Pereira; COSTA JÚNIOR, Carlos Tavares daThis work emphasizes the importance of monitoring and diagnosing the quality of electric power from the viewpoint of harmonic distortion present in low-voltage three-phase electrical installations. The proposed methodology analyzes and diagnoses the level of harmonic disturbances by evaluating the total harmonic distortion (THD) indicator, supported by an expert system based on a Fuzzy inference system. The study presents a systematic approach to assessing power quality, using regulatory standards and recommendations, and demonstrates the effectiveness of Fuzzy logic in formulating precise and standardized diagnostics.
