Item "Proposta de Redução de Custos no Processo de Produção de Concentrado de Refrigerante da Tholor do Brasil Baseada na Integração das Ferramentas PDCA/DMAIC"(Instituto de Tecnologia, 2016) MOURÃO JÚNIOR, Francisco de Assis; MAGALHÃES, Edilson MarquesThe study proposes cost reduction in the production process of soft drink concentrate at Tholor do Brasil Ltda using the integrated PDCA/DMAIC tool, based on the Lean Manufacturing philosophy and the Six Sigma methodology. The research, conducted through a case study, included document analysis and questionnaires applied to 12 production employees. Results indicate that tool implementation can reduce losses by at least 30% within six months, optimizing equipment, increasing productivity, and minimizing waste.
